Supply Chain has emerged as one of the few business functions which can drive down costs and assist in improving the financial health of organisation. Strategem is an amalgamation of Supply Chain Management and Business Strategy. Being organised in association with SCNext, it seeks to unearth sound strategies and feasible solutions to problems that affect the Supply Chain of most modern organizations. The solutions would need to be robust and implementable.
The case solutions would be evaluated by the Supply Chain faculty of NITIE, and then by the team from SCNext. The case discussed problems in the budding Indian Agricultural Supply Chain, how can ineeficiencies be reduced and the competition saw multiple participants from prestigious institutes all over the country (ISB Hyderabad, IIM Ahmedabad, NMIMS Mumbai, IIM Lucknow to name a few)
