SCNext India has signed an agreement with NMIMS Hyderabad to support supply chain training, education and resources for the benefit of the supply chain students and part of a larger corporate initiative

SCNext India has joined hands with the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Hyderabad to support quality supply chain education, training and career opportunities for students.

SCNext India and NMIMS would co-operate in the organization of educational promotional activities such as workshops, case studies, seminars and conferences. Both parties also have agreed to share resources for the benefit of the supply chain fraternity while creating a focus on students and young professionals.

"Supply chain resource access to young professionals is a major topic in the Indian SCM industry. Creating such partnerships with universities directly will foster formal training for the young supply chain guns who will enter the industry much more knowledgeable and reduce the company training costs as well. Such partnerships will help elevate the level of supply chain in the Indian industry through joint industry institute collaboration and SCNext is proud to be at the forefront of such initiatives"...says SCNext India Executive VP Mr. Nikhil Oswal.

The two parties have started charting out roadmaps for the year 2014 and the students and industry will begin to see results from this collaboration soon
