SCNext Pakistan conducts awards ceremony for Iqra University case competition students

SCNext Pakistan started its operation in January 2014. Since then they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with one institute and have more than 50 Active Members on the platform.

SCNext Pakistan conducted Ptak Case competition in Iqra University North Nazimabad campus.  Approximately  ten teams participated in this case competition. The case given to them was about Internet retailing and e-commerce in the country. A lot of multinationals do operate but are continuously faced with many challenges due to the security and infrastructure and need to work their supply chains around that. The students were tasked with picking a few examples, evaluating alternatives and recommending solutions

SCNext Pakistan held an awards ceremony to felicitate the winning team (inset in the picture). This ceremony was attended by Unilever  management who addressed the students on supply chain issues faced by Pakistan in this day and age and how Unilever tackles these challenges

SCNext is proud to associate with Iqra University on this ever challenging topic and congratulates winning team and all participants. The winning team will get a chance to compete at the 2014 Global Ptak Prize Competition in Las Vegas , USA together with winning teams from all over the world. All participants in this competition will get to take the Certified Supply Chain Analyst Program (CSCA) from ISCEA at huge disocunts. A CSCA session will be held shortly in the country for all participants after the auspicious month of Ramadan.
