This competition consisted of a case with “Globe Distribution” and the participants were required to present their case in front of a panel of judges online. Multiple rounds were held to eliminate some of the teams and get to the final round.
The case involved improving distribution operations while helping reduce costs for the company. Cases like these mimic real world supply chain problems and it was an exciting challenge for all the participants to think strategically and tactically while putting themselves in the shoes of the senior management.
