In addition to that, here is a portal that can be utilized all year round by our corporate partners to post opportunities and for our members to apply and be considered

1. Only registered users/members are allowed to post jobs, if not a member- please become a Mentor member by going here. Mentor registration is free. Every HR manager or Job provider will be treated as a SCNext mentor
2. Follow simple steps and become a member
3. Use your username and password to login
4. Once logged in - Enter our Career Portal on the link below
5. Select “I am an Employer” Role
6. Create a Company on your profile. One person can create multiple companies
7. Create a Job. Please include everything about the Job under the Description Page. Items marked in a red * are mandatory. While all fields are not compulsory, providing them allows our users to filter on those criteria and hone in to a better job opportunity. Thus, it ensures your job visibility is improved among the pool
8. Only Jobs related to the field of Supply Chain Logistics and Operations are allowed. Please do not post jobs of other fields as this might not be the right audience. Our Career Portal administrators reserve the right to reject a job and will contact you with details if that is the case
9. It is absolutely essential you highlight if you are open to international candidates in the Description. Our members are global in nature and if you don’t mention it, by default you might end up getting resumes from candidates around the world even if you are not open to getting international candidates
10. Submit the Job
11. SCNext Career Portal administrator will approve your job posting (necessary to avoid spams)
12. Your job is live and our members can apply
13. Note:
    1. For every resume/applicant, you have the option to be notified via email which you can select when you submit the job
    2. At any time, you can go in and view all resumes of candidates who have applied for the job
    3. You can also search our resume database and actively look for candidates based on keywords and other parameters you specify in your search
    4. If you get a lot of spam applications from ineligible candidates, please report it to us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will take action
14. The employer can then contact the shortlisted candidates directly for further interviewing as per company policy.

5. Select “ I am a Job Applicant” Role
6. Create your resume (mandatory) –
   1. Fileds marked with a * are mandatory
   2. Please fill in as many details as you can within the system. These parameters are used when employers search for resumes within our database. Having these fields complete in addition to a regular resume upload ensures you appear in employer searches
   3. You will also upload your resume in this step and attach it to your resume profile
7. Create a Cover Letter (Optional)
8. Go to the Jobs section and browse our database of open jobs
9. Select a job and click on Apply
   1. Read the Job Description carefully if it is open for International Candidates. Our employers are of a global nature and depending on the position, might not be open for international candidates. Sending your resume for such jobs is prohibited. If you do apply and our employer complains of getting many resumes of international candidates when it was explicitly denied, you may be banned from our career portal
10. Once you determine the job you are qualified and wish to apply for-  with 1 single click, your application and resume is sent to our employers
11. Note:
    1. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted by the employer.
    2. Do not apply for every job in the system or many jobs randomly. Consider your qualifications and job requirements carefully before applying. We pride ourselves on making the application process extremely easy on 1 click. If you misuse this, our employers are given post-employment surveys and if they report you as spam and we receive multiple such reports from many employers, you may be banned from our career portal
